Production of pet food snack sticks with insect protein contents Because of the efficient Inotec mixer, mixing times are very low, with the option of added an emulsification step. With accurate-to-the-gram portioning, and up to 24 lanes of production, this solution is ideal for high-volume snack stick production for meat, alternative protein for both human *and* pet food production.
This solution is designed for manually producing single-line ground meat skewers, kabobs, meat sticks, and other 2D shaped meat products. It includes a vacuum filling machine for accurate portioning, which can optionally integrate an inline grinding function. Additionally, there's a manual forming and cutting unit for shaping the products.

The Koex kit forming nozzle can be used to produced layered products like vegan bacon, sashimi and other multi-layered products. Number of layers is variable and volume ratio of the two products can be adjusted. The Koex Kit forming nozzles can be manufactured individually to match customer's requirements
