This Handtmann solution allows the dough to travel gently in a linear direction while maintaining continuous pressure on the dough (through Extruding Pipe) to maintain consistent texture and density at the proofing and baking stages.
In addition, in order to completely eliminate the manual handling of the dough and to maximize the production speed, we recommend to pair up the system with an Automatic Pan Feeding conveyor.
